Payment methods

The customer may pay the amount of his order by opting for any of the following ways. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice:

VISA or MASTERCARD credit card

All operations that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All the information that you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.

Likewise, the data on your credit card are entered directly on the bank's page, at the POS (Bank's Point of Sale Terminal) and are not entered or registered on any ZOCOCUERO SL server.

When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA card or MASTERCARD, offering, in this way, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

This form of payment is valid only on the web.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, its holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and re-payment annotations in the accounts of the supplier and the holder will be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase had been effectively made by the cardholder and the demand for return was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, that charge will remain obliged to ZOCOCUERO SL to compensate for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

Wire transfer

When selecting the bank transfer, you will receive, together with the confirmation of your order, an e-mail with the bank details of ZOCOCUERO SL.

It is very important that when making the transfer you indicate in the subject the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date in order to validate it.

If you wish, you can send us the proof of the transfer by e-mail info@zococuero.com. But in any case, the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has bank confirmation of the transfer.

Remind you that the payment must be made in EUROS and that all eventual exchange and bank fees are your responsibility.

In the case of bank transfers made from outside of Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer you always inform your bank to take charge of the commissions at origin, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity. If not, ZOCOCUERO SL could paralyze the shipment of your order by not receiving the full amount of it.

Possible exchange and banking commissions are borne by the client.

PayPal

The PayPal network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global real-time payment solution. PayPal offers a service specially designed for those who are not satisfied with traditional payment mechanisms.

Execution of the order

ZOCOCUERO SL undertakes to deliver the order to the different shipping companies the day after your purchase unless it is made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, in these cases the orders will be delivered to the transport company on the first business day after the day. of carrying it out.

If the chosen form of payment is by bank transfer, the order will not be sent until the bank confirmation of the transfer is available.

The availability of the products offered by ZOCOCUERO SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although ZOCOCUERO SL updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, ZOCOCUERO SL will notify the client at the time it becomes aware of this situation, by means of an email. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 30 days. ZOCOCUERO SL may give the double option of: supplying the customer without price increase, a product with similar characteristics or of higher quality, or except for justified and demonstrable reasons by ZOCOCUERO SL within this same period, pay the sums paid for the canceled order.
